Mondays sometimes feel like a high-wire act.

Navigating the labyrinth of responsibilities as a creative force or ambitious entrepreneur is like that sometimes — teetering between the thrill of progress and the precipice of overwhelm.

Then, instead of doing literally anything, you freeze.

It’s your brain going on strike and instead of tackling work, you end up mindlessly scrolling social or clicking around the internet.

Here’s a productivity technique I use almost every day to snap out of the cycle and get sh*t done.

The magic of low-effort tasks

The secret sauce: Pick just ONE super simple, no-brainer task that you can do without much thought — a “low-effort task.” These are the things that won’t fry your brain (if they do, it’s the wrong task) but still need a bit of your time and energy.
