There’s a lot of AI news happening this week, but before I get to that, let’s reframe a common narrative ONE final time.

AI will not replace your work. Rather, it will work to improve it.

Instead of looking at AI as if it’s replacing, automating, and removing human minds from the equation, think of it as assisting, augmenting, and elevating.

Don’t let your use of AI lead to lazy habits, generic outputs, or an easy way out.

If you’re already operating like a robot, then likely, you’re going to be easily replaced by a robot (hate to break it to you).

Bring YOU into the equation.

How are you the differentiator?

Your unique value combined with tools is what makes you effective.

Use AI to make you better. 💪 Not as a cop-out. 🦾
